• To have made an ONLINE order during the promotion. 
• The order should be of more than 300€
• Only orders made with a credit or debit card will be included in the promotion as the payment is made in real time. 
• This promotion cannot be combined with others.

When do you receive your gift?

Once you have made an online order, you will only have to send us an email at promohotel@import3000.es to tell us your order number. You will automatically receive your voucher for 12 nights in an hotel. You can use it during 1 year. 

How to reserve my room?

As simple as directly calling the hotel and telling them that you have our voucher. You can find the hotels and their telephone numbers pinched on the map you will receive with your email.  

Can I use it any day of the week?

Yes, provided that the hotel has room at that date. Availabilities appear clearly in the group of hotel we will send you. 

Can I accumulate the receipts?

Do I have to use every nights of the voucher?

No, for example if it is a 12-night voucher, you can use 1, 2 or 3 nights. You will only have to make the minimum charge of the night you spend.

Do I have to go in a particular hotel  ?

Will the service in the hotel be of the same quality as if I paid for the night?

What is the validity of the cheque?

Normally one year from the date of reception. 

Is it necessary to send the voucher completed in advance as established in the rules and conditions for the use of the voucher?

It depends on the hotel, but the great majority accepts the voucher at your arrival. 

You will receive your promotional gift in the 72 hours following your ONLINE order if you send an email indicating your order number at  promocionhotel@import3000.es
